My 7 days of juicing!

Ok so for some some strange reason i haven't blogged about my 7 days of juicing. So let me being you upto date.
The weekend before i was in Penicuick, and had a family party which was great fun :) Has some cider and ofcourse there was plenty of food, cakes etc. So on Monday i was more then ready to get started with my juicing and detox my body of all the bad things (why is it that things that aren't that good for you taste so yummy?) I've been shovelling into my mouth, not only that weekend but my whole life.
About two weeks before i started my 7 day juice, i already had started juicing 2-4 times a day, so that i kinda eased into doing it the full 7 days.
I got "lose 7lbs in 7 days" by Jason Vale and read it from beginning to end. Also made a chart for myself which told which juices to drink every day.
So Monday came and it was time to begin.
The first day wasn't that bad, i felt pretty good at the end of the day. So day 2 i started to feel my energy levels go up. Had a small headache tho which lasted all through the week. I think it was because of all the toxins leaving my body. On day 3 i got breakouts on my face, which again i blame on the toxins leaving me. My energy levels were still up during the day, then on day 4 i started to feel kinda tired and started sleeping 12 hours... They say that the first 3 days are the hardest but i found that on day 4 i really started to have cravings for pasta and chocolate (no surprise there,i had that time of the month.. ) but i decided to be a good girl and had some soup instead. So on day 5 it was Friday and i was feeling a bit sluggish and still had a small headache.. Then it was finally weekend yay! And decided that i would have soup with some grilled chicken breast and pita`s, which was lovely!
So this morning 7 days after i started i can gladly say that I've lost 3 kilos/7 pounds and 15cm/5 inches this week :)
I defo am gonna continue with juices during the day and having a soup/salad/wrap/inset other healthy meal in the evening.
